Prepare the first ledger entry

Start with the operational problem.

A useful first message does not need a finished specification. Explain what a person is trying to accomplish, what happens today, where it becomes slow or unreliable, and what would count as a meaningful improvement.

Include what you already know

• The organisation, intended users, and Finland connection.
• The current website, process, system, spreadsheet, or vendor.
• The most important task and the person responsible for it.
• Languages needed for the live experience and who can approve them.
• Known data, payment, identity, accessibility, security, or public-service needs.
• A deadline or event that genuinely controls timing.
• Who will own accounts, review decisions, and approve the release.

Leave sensitive material out

Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment credentials, confidential source data, government identifiers, health information, or production exports in an introductory message. Faith Forge Labs will establish an appropriate transfer method if protected material becomes necessary for an agreed project.

What happens next

Faith Forge Labs reviews the request for technical fit, identifies missing decision owners, and proposes a small discovery step or a defined build scope. The response may recommend a different specialist when the central need is legal, language, tax, accessibility certification, security certification, or another professional judgment outside the studio’s role.
