The paid engagement
We map inputs, decisions, roles and outputs, then build a focused interface with an audit trail proportionate to the task. A prototype demonstrates who can submit, return, approve or amend a record. Integrations are added only where they remove a real repeat action.
Acceptance and boundaries
You receive operating notes and a defined data export. Acceptance uses normal and exceptional examples supplied by the team, including staff absence and a correction after approval. A tool's success is assessed against those tasks, without promising a numerical productivity gain.
